Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship products within 1 day from the date of order or date of payment or as per the date of delivery agreed upon order confirmation. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Eternal Trends or Dreamz collections will not be liable for such delays.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• We ensure the delivery of orders made on the Platform through independent contractors, referred to as delivery partners, operating on a principal-to-principal basis. To clarify, these delivery partners are not employees or agents of us; rather, they function solely as independent service providers and are not exclusively obligated to us for the provision of delivery services at any time. It is important to note that there is no principal-agent relationship between us and the delivery partners, and consequently, We cannot be held liable for any actions or omissions of the delivery partners.

Returns and Refunds

• Return / Exchange : We offer refund / exchange within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange,
  (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it,
  (ii) the item must have original packaging,
  (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange.
  Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.
• You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase.
• Refund / Exchange Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund by email. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or a refund to your original method of payment. Refund decisions may take 1–4 business days from the date we receive your returned products.
